Basic Rules

1. No Spamming
Meaning that you don't double-post, you don't destroy topics with unrelated comments, and you don't reply on your own thread to bump it up. However, if it has been over a week since the last reply on a thread in the RP Registry, you may bump it up, just once.

Spamming is a violation to most Naruto boards. We dont want that here and we dont want spam bots messing and screwing up our Naruto board. Anyone that defaces the property of TSR will be banned 2 days. Being banned means that you have been warned over 2 times. If you continue to do so, you will be banned for 10 days from the Naruto board. If continued and with 10 or more offences, you will be permanently banned for 27 days along banning your I.P Address.

You know why spamming is bad? Too much spam can increase the post count of users that is the number one hack of it. Spamming frequently at all times may screw up our forum board. So we admins are on a lookout for spam bots to protect this RPG.

2. No Open Fire
If you have anything against a fellow member, a mod or even an admin, discuss this privately. Do not create a ruckus amongst other members, and if you feel the situation cannot be worked out by yourself, contact a person in power through PM for help or advice. If you DO wreak havoc upon others on the forum, you are banned for 1 day.

3. Harrasement Chapter
This is the harrasement chapter in the rule book. Harrasement is when someone does something unpleasing to another person and keeps on doing it when he/she is told to stop. Harrasement is highly prohibited with our Naruto board and we keep our board full of nice people with good impressions. We do not wish for other users even a single user to be harrased, though it the future will be a bad influence to our forum. No swearing of any kind and no insulting others of their disablities. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Oh oh what? You wanted to be treated that way since you bully otheres and you say this how you want to be treated? How about we take care of that and send you off to a 5 day ban? Yeah, I think that'll work out for you. Have a nice trip away from this forum. Learn your lesson bub and next time refrain from acting as a smart mouth. We admins hate that and we get annoyed of people that dont show remorse of their bad actions. We'll wipe that smirk off your face if your so into treating others like crap.

4. No Interferring in Rp sessions and battles

If you are not in the story, dont bother posting in that topic. I can understand that users just go around and post in every topic but why? I mean, it's good but try not to spam and make your post at least admin reasonable. Replying on topics can be known as spam and you know the rules for spam.

5. No use of foreign languages.This forum is in English.

Please speak english and if english is your second language, we can approve that but please! This is an english language board and you can just switch your language style in your profile section. At least type english.

6. Dont ask for anything illegal
Another bad influence to our forum. Our forum isnt ebay where people just sell stuff here. No warez, appz, hacks, porn, or anything considered sick. You ask once, you will be told the rules. You ask twice, you are banned for 1 day.

7. Create your threads with relevant titles.

Don't name your thread "Help me" or "THIS IS COOL." This seems like common sense, doesn't it? Unfortunately, some people here don't know what common sense is. So, please, name your title something that pertains to your post.


8. Don't use your sig space for advertising.

We catch you. Your dead.

This site exists to share your works and most importantly, to have fun doing it. We're not here to host a banner for you so you can make money. People hate ads as it is, and having it underneath postings makes the site look too cheap. Also, ad servers (the one that the click-throughs go through) have a tendency to spider the source web site (that would be us) for email addresses, which would be exploiting our email addresses for spam. If you ignore this rule, you will be banned for 2 days and your signature space will all be deleted.

9. Only one account. Creating multiple accounts is against forum policy.

This includes making a new account for yourself to replace a banned one. If you were banned, it was for a reason. Although we can't really trace you if you do get a new account and ip, as soon as we find out you created a new one, no matter how good you behaved during your new account, you will be banned. So yes... all your hard work for nothing. Also, each account must be matched with only one IP. If we see TWO OR MORE usernames attached to a single IP address, they'll all be banned. No questions asked and you will NOT be warned ahead of time.

10. Try typing using correct grammar.
Don't use l33t talk, or anything that's found annoying by members. We understand that not everyone here speaks perfect English. However, being a forum where writing skills matter in roleplaying, we heavily encourage that you try to spell correctly using correct grammar. It's ok to use l33t or some garbled language as a joke once in a while, but don't make it a habbit. It annoys everyone here, and will make your time on the forum short-lived.

11. Don't disagree with a Moderator or Admin.
We are here to provide the best experience for you and the general public. Please don't disagree with our actions. If you have been warned/banned by a mod, and heavily disagree, please don't lash out and fight back. It will make things worse. Contact an admin and discuss your issue intelligently. If you fail to do this, for example, by disagreeing without a reason and lash out at us, then we will not be afraid to just ban you and save us the trouble. Remember, we are willing to work with you, if you work with us first.

12. No disgusting or x-rated material in your sig, posts, or anywhere else while you're in the forums.
Not even in spoiler tags or links. If you feel the urge to display some thing that's mildly offensive but in a silly way (PG13 content), then you can use a spoiler tag. The reason for this is that lots people view the forums in public places, and smearing offensive stuff all over the forum might alert others, physically around you, that you're nothing but trouble. If you're in doubt if it might offend others, then simply don't do it. Don't use images in your sig/avatar that clearly display signs of hate groups like Nazism and the KKK, even if meant as a joke.
